of prophets:
1) 100% accurate
2) Can't lead to false doctrines
3) Can't engage in lust/unrepentant sin
4) Needs authentication from apostle
5) Foundation of the church |

Purpose of
visions & dreams:
- to fulfill prophecy & have it written down
in Inspired Scripture later |
|
Examples of
false prophets:
1) High false prophecies
2) Sees "visions" from spirit world
3) Draws away from God, performing false signs
& wonders
__teaching unsound doctrine
4) "Wolves in Sheep's clothing"
5) "Destructive heresies," "denying
Christ," "sensuality & greed,"
__"false words"
6) Denies Christ is from God, came in flesh
7) Denies Christ is Master & Lord over all |
